When building the cannabis industry from the ground up, why is gender parity (having at least 50% women) so important?
It is important that all industries value women as a contributing member with gifts. The importance of this industry is it is brand new. There is no precedence set. Women have an opportunity to make the rules and break them if they choose. There is no barrier of business systems set up by an archaic group of people. It is new. It is modern. It represents what business can look like if women are given an opportunity to shine.
